KZNA Track & Field Odd-Events – 5 Dec 2020

ASA has sanctioned and approved THREE KZNA track & field events to be hosted during December 2020. The first event is scheduled for Saturday the 5th of December 2020 to be hosted at Kingspark Athletics Stadium, Durban. The program will cater for odd-events and is open to all U14, U16, U18, U20, Senior & Masters athletes. The event will start at 12H30 and finish at 16H25.

IMPORTANT!!!! PLEASE READ AND FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND CONTENTS THEREOF.

NO SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE STADIUM!

FOR ATHLETES:
1. The event is strictly a PRE-ENTRY event and will close on Wednesday the 2nd of December at 16H00. All entries to be verified and submitted to ASA by Thursday, so NO LATE ENTRIES will be accepted at all.
2. Ensure that you have confirmation of your entry. Entries will be verified at the gate against the entries received. If your entry is not on the list you will not be allowed entry
3. You must complete the health questionnaire and hand it in at the gate. No forms will be available at the gate, so please ensure you bring a completed form to the meeting
4. Please observe the required Covid regulations. A Covid official will be on site to ensure athletes adhere to the ASA stipulated regulations. See below a copy of the ASA Covid protocol for training and competition
5. Athletes are requested to only arrive +- 1hour before their event and to leave immediately after completing their event.
6. Temporary licenses will be available for athletes who do not have a 2020 permanent license. Kindly contact the KZNA office to make arrangements for purchasing of a temp license.

FOR COACHES:
1. Only ACCREDITED coaches will be allowed in the stadium
2. See below the form that must be submitted to KZNA by Wednesday the 2nd of December 2020 at 16H00. If this form is not received you will not be allowed to enter the stadium
3. You must complete the health questionnaire and hand it in at the gate. No forms will be available at the gate, so please ensure you bring a completed form to the meeting

We do realize that the regulations will be an inconvenience to all, but let us be cooperative and understanding as we take our first steps towards getting our sport back up to speed. Your health is our first and most important priority. The best we can do is to create a safe environment.
