Please see information below:
1.1 All clubs hosting races during the first part of the year have been sent their authorisation letters and race flyer dues dates and the second half of the year will have this information before the end of the week. Please may we work together in keeping to these dates.
1.2 All clubs hosting races must apply to the municipality for their event, as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment with regards to dates or the event having to be cancelled because there is another event that has applied for that date (This applies mainly for the events happening in the eThekwini Metro).
