The BGM /Stainbank Cup will take place this year on Sunday 2 December. The 15km route for the run and the 10km route for the walk will both include a section through the Stainbank Nature Reserve.

Temporary license is R20 (if applicable)
The cut-off is 2 Hours & 30 minutes for both the run & walk
Tog bag facilities will be available at the owner's risk
