Cross-Country: 29 June 2019 – Yellowwoodpark (Durban)

The next stop for the 2019 KZNA cross-country league will be on Saturday the 29th of June in Yellowwoodpark at the popular Kenneth Stainbank Nature Reserve. The event is hosted by the Yellowwoodpark AC and starts at 11H50. Entries can be done at the venue from 11H00 on Saturday morning.

Entry fees are R20 for seniors & masters athletes. Fees for juniors (11 to 19 years) will be R15. Note that race 1 & 2 is FREE where no license or entry fees are required. If you are NOT a registered club member with a permanent license you will have to pay an additional R15 for a temporary license (only valid on the day of the event).

There are ample secure free parking opposite the main gate at the nature reserve. Entrance to the nature reserve is free for the day so there is no excuse for an enjoyable family picnic day while supporting our athletes! Refreshments will be on sale at the venue

RACE 1 – 11H50: Boys & Girls 8 years & younger (1km)

RACE 2 – 12H00: Boys & Girls 9 & 10 years (2km)

RACE 3 – 12H20: Boys 11 & 12 years + Girls 11, 12 & 13 years (3km)

RACE 4 – 12H45: Boys 13, 14 & 15 years + Open men & women (4km)

RACE 5 – 13H15: Girls 14, 15, 16 & 17 years + Masters women 30+ years (4km)

RACE 6 – 13H50: Boys 16 & 17 years + Grand masters men 60+ years + Girls 18 & 19 years (6km)

RACE 7 – 14H30: Boys 18 & 19 years + Masters men 30 – 59 years (8km)

RACE 8 – 15H15: Open men & women (10km)
