ABSA RUNYOURCITY initiative. This FREE event is open to anyone interested to learn more about coaching 5KM/10KM. The event will be hosted at Southern Sun Elangeni & Maharani in Durban. The event is facilitated by Altus Schreuder together with some of our top coaches. Michael Seme, Andrew Booyens, Hendrik Ramaala & Vicky Botha will share their experience about coaching and preparing the 5K/10K discipline. Be sure not to miss it.
