The 2022 KZN athletics marathon championships will be taking place on Sunday the 27th of February 2022. It will coincide with the very popular ETHEKWINI BEST OF THE BEST MARATHON, hosted by AmaRavens AC. The event will start & finish at the KINGSPARK ATHLETICS STADIUM, DURBAN. The route will follow a double 21km loop through the Kingspark precinct, beachfront & Durban North area. The route is fairly flat, making for fast running. The 21km loop will also ensure good spectator viewpoints from where athletes can be followed.

Note that champions will be crowned in all the various age categories and championship medals awarded to podium finishers.
