The 2021 SA cross-country championships will be held on Friday the 17th & Saturday the 18th of September at Hutchisonpark in Amanzimtoti. Hosting the event is quite a challenge, given the current covid regulations and pandemic that affect all of us. We welcome all 17 ASA affiliated provincial teams to our province and we sincerely hope that it will be an enjoyable and memorable event

Competition weekend kicks off on Friday with the under 8 races starting from 15H00 in the afternoon. With very limited organized sport for our school children, this will be an event everyone is looking forward to. On Saturday the event starts at 07H30 with the masters men race and concludes by 16H15 in the afternoon.

KINDLY NOTE THAT NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED WITHIN THE STRICTLY CONTROLLED COMPETITION AREA. This is not ideal from a support perspective, but let us give the athletes the opportunity to express themselves within the strict covid regulations
