The 2021 KZN Athletics track & field calendar has been approved and released. The season starts off with the normal sub-youth (14,15) years, youth (16 & 17 years), junior (18 & 19 years), seniors and masters leagues. The season then builds up to the KZN primary & high-school championships, followed by the KZN seniors & masters champs.

The various national championships will be held during April & May. The junior & high-school champs will be held in Paarl from 8-10 April, Senior champs from 16-18 April in Pretoria, Primary school champs from 23-24 April in Pietermaritzburg & Masters champs from 29 April – 1 May in Durban.
